BETTER THAN BUSINESS As USUAL T he Business Administration Department of Cedarville College is not the usual. Yes, you'll find experienced, qualified professors and the important studies that every business student needs to pursue. But the last few years have seen some important strengths added to the program. Three major grants to the departmentfrom the Cleveland Foundation facilitated computerization,in- depth study and integration ofethics, and internationalizing ofthe curriculum. Although new courses,a new major, and a new minor were developed, each existing course was integrated with these concepts as well. Faculty underwent intense training to meet the new challenges. Cedarville students now may major in International Studies,an interdisciplinary major. It consists ofa core ofinternational coursesfrom several departments and a concentration in one ofthree departments. The business administration concentration is global economics and international business. Business students also may take a minor in international business to complement their major in any ofthe functional areas of accounting, business communication technology, business education, computer information systems, finance, management, and marketing. The department also offers an international business minor for the non- business major. Mal ok\V\\\w The College named the Business Administration Building for George S.
