Smart Start Program For students who are undecided about their major, Cedarville offers the Smart Start program. This fully online initiative allows students to begin their college journey by taking general education courses that apply to any degree. Smart Start includes personalized career coaching from trained staff, helping students explore potential majors while staying on track to graduate. The program is priced at $375 per credit hour for full-time, and $525 per credit hour for part-time, offering a cost-effective way to start college education. A cornerstone of the Smart Start program is the course Navigating College to Career with Purpose. This course focuses on personal development, academic skills such as time management and note-taking, and how to effectively use university resources.
