Jeremy Spence ’03 and his wife, Aleesha, announce the birth of Josiah Ezra on June 5, 2013. He was welcomed home by his big brother, Daniel. Jeremy is a pastor in Hamilton, Ohio, and Aleesha is a stay-at-home mom. Stephanie (Taylor) Monroe ’04 and her husband, Chad, announce the birth of Lucy Grace on June 3, 2013. Lucy was welcomed by her sisters, Addison (6) and Mya (3). The family lives at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, where Chad works as a tactical officer and Stephanie stays home with the girls. Gillian (Mocas) Nance ’04 and her husband, Bill, announce the birth of Ian-Gabriel Aaron on June 12, 2013. He was welcomed home by his siblings, Marissa (6), Isaiah (4), and Isaac (2), to their home in Grove City, Ohio. Bill is a minister, and Gill works in the reference department at the local library. Stuart ’05 and Hannah (Ballou) Sheldon ’04 announce the birth of Helen Renée on October 2, 2012. She joined big brothers Stuart III (3) and Robert (2) in their home near Rosewood, Ohio. Hannah enjoys being a homemaker, and Stuart is a design engineer for KTH Parts Industries and works with Honda to design new vehicles. Dan ’05 and Sarah (Thengvall) Roeber ’04 announce the birth of Emily Grace on April 16, 2013. Dan is a doctoral student studying American religious history at Florida State University, and Sarah is a piano teacher and accompanist in the Tallahassee area. Matt ’05 and Dana (Snyder) Anderkin ’07 announce the birth of Miles Jeffry on April 29, 2013. The family lives in Lexington, Kentucky. Daron ’06 and Ashley (Varvel) Day ’05 announce the birth of Lily Evangeline on October 12, 2012. She was welcomed home by big brother Liam (3). Daron received his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in May 2012, and he now serves as Pastor of Water’s Edge Church in New Palestine, Indiana. Jesse ’12 and Valentina Kuiken ’12 announce the birth of Justus River on February 12, 2013. The family resides in Cedarville, Ohio.
