alumnotes | Births Charity (Hancock) Balch ’09 and her husband, Weston, announce the birth of Wyatt Lee on March 23, 2016. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but has recently moved with his parents to San Antonio, Texas, where Weston works as Director of Sterile Processing for University Health System. Jennifer (Fansler) Johnson ’07 and her husband, Eric, announce the birth of Aaron Michael on April 26, 2015. He was welcomed home by brother Elijah (5) and sister Kendall (3). The family resides in Marietta, Georgia, where Jennifer is a stay-at-home mom and Eric works as a Product Manager for Beko Technologies. Sarah Hyatt ’07 announces the adoption of twins, Noah Amos and Noelle Rose, born February 6, 2013, and adopted on June 2, 2016. Kelly (Pankratz) Opiela ’10 and her husband, Christopher, announce the birth of Eleanor Lori on May 14, 2016. Becky (Hornbrook) Peppers ’06 and her husband, Josh, announce the birth of Micah Alexander on February 19, 2016. Becky works per diem as a physical therapist at Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Josh is finishing graduate studies at University of California at Davis. The family resides in Woodland, California. Steph (Bremner) Whipple ’08 and her husband, Danny, announce the birth of Hattie Rae on December 28, 2015. She joined big sister Afton Willow (3). BIRTHS Brant Bloem ‘07 and Monika Munoz announce the birth of Margaux Esperanza on January 4, 2016. Bobby ’08 and Nikki (Carroll) Childs ’07 announce the birth of Kennedy Elizabeth on March 31, 2016.
