alumnotes | Births Amber (Womack) Begley ‘07 and her husband, Broc, announce the birth of Savannah Mae on November 7, 2016. She was welcomed home by Braden (7) and Harper (4). AJ ’07 and Alison (Kearney) Clemans ’10 announce the birth of Katherine Faith on November 2, 2017. She was welcomed home by siblings Kara (3) and Andrew (1). AJ and Alison operate a Chick-fil-A in Falls Church, Virginia. Joe ’07 and Alicia (Christman) Poelzer ’07 announce the birth of Elliott Thomas on August 12, 2015. After serving as a Resident Director at Cedarville for eight years, Joe is now working for State Farm in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Nathan ‘08 and Celeste (Cato) Lane ‘08 announce the birth of Phoebe Joy on August 9, 2016. The family currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee. Patricia (Linebaugh) Murtoff ‘10 and her husband, Nathan, announce the birth of Brooke Ashlynn Elizabeth in October 2016. She joined brother James Lee Richard (2 ½) at the family’s home in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Aaron ’10 and Sarah (Berwager) Schmid ’11 announce the birth of Gavin Leon on July 19, 2016. He is the sixth generation to be living on their family’s organic farm, Mountain Meadows Dairy. Jeff ’12 and Laura (Thayer) Evans ’10 announce the birth of Josiah Mitchell on January 7, 2016. Joel ’12 and Joanna (Leszczynski) Pfahler ’12 announce the birth of Eliana Ruth on September 22, 2016.
