Angela Snook ’97 and Sean Kasey were married on January 21, 2012, in a beach ceremony in Siesta Key, Florida. They both work for Marathon Petroleum Company in Tampa. Angela is a senior analyst and Sean is a lead operator. Candace Townsend ’04 and John Nelson were married on March 31, 2012. They live in Springboro, Ohio. Candi is a first grade teacher at East Dayton Christian School, and John works as an event coordinator at Answers in Genesis. Carrie Churchward ’05 married Jeremy Etress on July 7, 2012. Carrie is a teacher for Fulton County Schools, and Jeremy is a data steward for the SunTrust Bank headquarters. They live in Newnan, Georgia, and are members of Crossroads Church. Sara Thompson ’06 and Brian Brown were married on June 19, 2010. Sara teaches at Bethesda Christian School in Brownsburg, Indiana, and Brian is an art director and graphic designer for a calendar company. They reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Michael Francis ’07 and Shamean Trucks were married on May 4, 2012. They live in Brainerd, Minnesota. Jim Sawin ’07 and Emily DeRusha ’11 were married on May 21, 2011. Jim is the Health and Wellness Director at the Huber Heights YMCA, and Emily is a preschool teacher and Site Administrator at the YMCA. They live in Huber Heights, Ohio. Holly Olmstead ’07 and Edgar Wharton were married on September 17, 2010. They live in Carmel, Indiana, where Holly is a financial planner, and Edgar is a contract implementation leader. They also enjoy serving with friends at a local church plant. John Stedge ’03 and Hannah Haynes ’08 were married on May 19, 2012. John is a financial manager for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Hannah is the Clinical Education Coordinator for Cedarville’s athletic training program. They reside in Beavercreek, Ohio. Melissa Clawson ’09 and Andrew Martin were married May 12, 2012. Melissa recently received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and is working as an attorney with IBM. Andrew is a Ph.D. student in materials engineering at the University of Michigan. They live in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Nikki Overly ’10 and Jesse Bender were married on June 5, 2010, in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. Nikki works in the health room of Clermont Elementary School, and also works part time at Cornerstone Family Health Associates as a nurse. Jesse is a mechanical engineer for the U.S. Army at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Alex Carlson ’10 and Aubrey Womack ’10 were married on May 25, 2012, at Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville, Ohio. They reside in Des Moines, Iowa, where they both work for Wells Fargo. Alex is a manager in Home Mortgages, and Aubrey is a recruiter.
