Spring 2014 | Cedarville University Births and Chapter Focus | alumnotes Eric ’07 and Jennifer (Fansler) Johnson ’07 announce the birth of Kendall Eve on August 2, 2013. She was welcomed home by big brother Elijah (3). The family lives in Marietta, Georgia, where Eric works as a mechanical engineer for Avon Protection and Jennifer is a stay-at- home mom. Joshua ’07 and Betsy (Hinks) Blackburn ’07 announce the birth of Caleb Patrick on September 29, 2013. He was welcomed home by his big sister, Hannah (3). The Blackburns reside in Beavercreek, Ohio, where Joshua works as an engineer for Jacobs Technology and Betsy enjoys being a stay-at-home mother. Joe ’07 and Alicia (Christman) Poelzer ’07 announce the birth of Ian Joseph on August 6, 2013. The new parents are employed at Cedarville. Alicia works part time as the eCommunications Coordinator in Marketing, and Joe serves as both a Resident Director and the Head Men’s Golf Coach. Brian ’08 and Jamee (Winchester) Nelson ’07 announce the birth of Lileeana Grace on July 18, 2012. They live in Culpeper, Virginia, where Brian is a middle school health and physical education teacher and Jamee is a stay-at-home mom. Tim ’09 and Angeline (Melendez) Labrado ’09 announce the birth of Isabella Esperanza on May 17, 2013. They were married on June 18, 2011, and reside in North Olmsted, Ohio. Tim serves as Worship Pastor at North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church, and Angeline works as a Title I teacher at Village Preparatory School in Cleveland.
