News & New Additions | alumnotes 10 Terra (Posten) Sanderson ’03 and her husband, Mark, praise God for the birth of Elliott Owen, born May 29, 2018. The Sandersons reside in Ripley, West Virginia, where Terra works as a psychologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Mark is a maintenance technician and supervisor at NGK Spark Plugs. 11 Julie (Bledsoe) Takseraas ’06 and her husband, David, announce the birth of Griffin David on November 5, 2018. Big sister Johanna Inez (3) has been thrilled to have Griffin as a baby brother and is a great helper. They reside on Long Island, where David works as a math teacher and wrestling coach and Julie is a stay-at-home mom. 12 Alexandra (Kingma) Alexander ’08 and her husband, Jacob, adopted daughter Josslyn on November 16, 2017, after 22 months of foster care in their home. She has always been their daughter, and they are so grateful and blessed that it is now official! Josslyn is pictured (at far right) on a recent vacation with her grandparents, parents, and siblings Sophia, Kai, and Emma. 13 Gerhard ’10 and Cristy (Hatch) Mullican ’10 announce the birth of Maxwell Frank in December 2018. 14 Collin ’13 and Molly (Heiden) Guernsey ’15 announce the birth of William Wade on February 19, 2019. He joined big sister Blake at the family’s home in Cincinnati, Ohio. 13 12 10 14 6 9 7 11 7 A group of 35 Cedarville College alumni and former faculty and staff met for an annual spring gathering in Shipshewana, Indiana, May 13-15, 2019. 8 A group of Cedarville alumni were on hand as Lakeland Christian senior Remi Musick signed a letter of intent to pole vault for Cedarville.
