1992-1993 Cedarville College Annual Report

there was a consistency of mission and purpose. The advances under Dr. Dixon were a natural extension of what the College stood for under Dr. Jeremiah. After graduating with a degree in business administration, I earned my MBA in strategic management. That's something Dr. Dixon has excelled at- strategic planning to add programs that fill a demand in the job market and in which Christians can have significant impact. Dr. Dixon and his management team are forward-thinking, and have used task teams of faculty and staff to put together a good vision of what Cedarville College should be in the future . The administration is committed to consistency in mission and doctrinal stance, but are also willing to make great changes in academic programs to better prepare students for the future. The campus is a good visual testimony to their forethought. Facilities are maintained well to support programs. As a local businessman, I know Cedarville has developed department chair, to join our board, and she contributes a great deal. I'm proud to be a Cedarville graduate, and working close to Cedarville, it's important to me that the College's reputation continue to be positive. ' ' AdJ;e Michael R.
