18 Cedarville University is shaping “change agents” — graduates who love the Lord with all their mind, integrate their faith into their personal and professional lives, share the Good News wherever God calls them, serve with the humility of the Savior, and ultimately influence their culture for the cause of Christ. We are committed to helping students grow in Christian character and faithful service. That’s why Cedarville remains one of the few universities in the nation with an entire division and a vice president dedicated to Christian ministries. The opportunities are intentionally diverse. Our desire is that every student will participate in ministry — not because they have to, but because they love God and want to serve Him. We are encouraged to see God working in and through our students! In 2004-2005, 799 students were involved in more than 70 University- organized community ministries each semester.
