2005-2006 Annual Report

29 Mark Victor Hansen, famous for his Chicken Soup for the Soul books, and Art Linkletter have together written a new book titled How to Make the Rest of Your Life the Best of Your Life . Truly these years are the best years for Mrs. Dixon and me. Linkletter was 94 years old when he wrote the book. No promises that I will be writing books at 94! But by God’s grace, Pat and I will still be declaring war on the dandelions and singing, “Christ Is All I Need.” We love having this special time together during our “best years.” Dr. Brown and the trustees continue to allow me the privilege of serving as chancellor of Cedarville University. I travel and preach often around the country. It is exciting to see people receiving Christ in the services. It is an honor to assist President Brown and Vice President David Ormsbee in Cedarville’s important fundraising efforts. The new Biblical Studies Center is an exciting project for our future and will further the Cedarville mission. The baby boomers started turning 60 this year. Seventy- seven million will do so over this ten-year period. I think they are all on I-75 south headed to Naples. What a marvelous opportunity to reach them for our Lord! I have men’s fellowship meetings on three different mornings each week in Naples, Florida, and reach over 100 professional men. Our group at Lake Tansi in Crossville, Tennessee, is also growing and numbers at times more than 20 men. You would love the testimonies report www.cedarville.edu/reps To follow Dr. Dixon’s speaking schedule or any other University itinerary, visit of those who are coming to Christ. All of these men are very special to me. I thank God for this privilege in my “best years.” Pat and I shall ever rejoice in having friends like you. Paul Dixon Chancellor
