We then provide innovative off-campus opportunities for students to extend their learning beyond the classroom. EQUIPPING LEADERS Rev. Franklin Graham, President and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, delivered the 2012 commencement address, part of our 125th celebration. Cedarville presented Graham with the University’s Medal of Honor for modeling with integrity what a Good Samaritan looks like in the 21st century. 8
