It's a great way to officially begin your Cedarville experience. Whether you’re a new student or the parent of one, we guarantee you’ll feel welcomed into the Cedarville family. The following information is broken up into four sections for your convenience: Before You Arrive While You're Here After You're Settled Resources for Parents Read it at your leisure and consider the possibilities. If there's something you still have questions about, please contact us. We're excited to have you on campus! Small Groups Small groups are a key part of Getting Started activities. All new students are placed in coed groups of 10–12 members (transfer students are placed together). Each group is matched with two or three upperclassman leaders. Activities provide opportunities for interaction with your small group, other small groups, and upperclassmen. You will receive your small group assignment in early August. Bookstore The bookstore will be open during Getting StartedWeekend on Friday, August 16, from 8 a.m.–5:45 p.m. and Saturday, August 17, from 9 a.m.–4:45 p.m. Remember to use the 15 percent discount coupon you received in your accepted student welcome packet. It’s good through Saturday, August 17. Cashiers Office The Cashiers Office will be available to answer your questions about student accounts, online invoices, credit/debit card payments, payment plans, the PIC plan, instant cash, meal plans, Chuck’s Bucks, and paying for CLEP tests.
