The past success of Cedarville's men's and women's athletic programs and the ability of these programs to galvanize campus spirit indicates that Cedarville will continue to maintain a balance between the social, academic, and intellectual realms. The financial position of the institution should continue to improve with careful budgeting, increased gift income, and increased endowment, which is already a reality. Attention to debt reduction has been an important factor in this process. The campus-wide planning process, which involves faculty, staff, and students, has become an integral part of life at Cedarville College.
