CERTIFICATES Upon the completion of the year's work a certificate will be issued to the student stating the amount and quality of the work done. RATES OF TUITION The fee for instruction in the Normal Department is twenty dollars per semester, payable upon the opening day. This includes a tuition fee of fifteen dollars, and a contingent fee of five dollars. For other expenses, see pages 29 and 30. 36
