These applicants must also pass an entrance test, given by the Director of Education. LENGTH OF COURSE The minimum length of course is 36 weeks. One week is devoted to extension work given by the Ohio State University, College of Agriculture. At the completion of this course the county normal graduate secures a one-year teacher's elementary certificate without examina– tion from a local board of examiners.
