Special car e should be taken that bequests be made according to the laws of t he state governing t h em. Annuities Some ar e not in posit ion t o make donations outright to the Col– lege. For such the College makes provisions whereby they may deed their property to the College and receive an annuity from the Col– lege during the remainder of their lives. In this way, the donors are relieved of all care of the property and a,re assured an income as long as they live, and are further assured that their money will con– tinue to bless succeeding generations after they are gone.
