SUMMER SCROOL 23 SUMMER SCHOOL Cedarville College Summer School for 1933 opens June 12 and closes July 21. The session is for six week. Six credits may be earned in collegiate subjects. The school is open to high school students, high school graduates, college students, college graduates, teachers of elementary and high school subjects, any who wish to train for teaching in elementary or high schools, any who desire to prepare for the ministry of the Gospel, and any who wish to prepare for standing in technical or special schools. SUBJECTS OFFERED Cedarville College offers the following subjects in the Summer School: Bible, Botany, Chemistry, Economics, Edu– cation, English, French, Greek, History. Latin, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology-, Speech, Theology, Zoology. See the curricula. All credits earned in education and college subjects will be received towards the Bachelor's degree. In most cases the total cost will be about $50, or $55 for the above items for six weeks. PRACTICE TEACHING AND OBSERVATION Opportunity will be given for practice teaching and ob– servation in the elementary field during th~ Summer Ses'Sion. Since the facilities are limited, it is desirable that anyone _ interested in earning credits in observation or practice teach– ing make early application, so that a place may be provided. COURSES IN EDUCATION Theory courses in education in both the elementary and high school fields, meeting the requirements for the education major, will be offered in the summer school. This affords an excellent opportunity to tiarn additional credits toward the provisional state certificate.
