A fee of one dollar per day up to five dollars may be assessed students who fail to register on the days appointed for registration. 4. Absences on the first and last regular recitation days of each semester, on the recitation days immediately preceding and following all holidays and vacations and on the day of Prayer for Colleges shall count double. 6. No rebate will be made to students who are "dropped from the rolls."
