This outline of studies applies likewise to the Arts-Scicnce curriculum. Students studying for the degree of Bachelor of Science must include the ad ditional science courses among their electives. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEGREE OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE Requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science are the same as for the degree of Bachelor of Arts in the following departments: Bible, English, History, Speech, General Psychology, Social Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Physical Education, and elective studies. In addition, the following special requirements apply for candidates for the Science degree: Foreign language (twelve-sixteen semester hours. German or French). General Chemistry (eight semester hours). Qualitative Analysis or Organic Chemistry (eight semester hours). College Algebra (three semester hours). Trigonometry (two semester hours). Analytical Geometry (five semester hours). 22
