A very he lpful study of the persona l life and habits of the pastor, his m inistry in the parish and sug– gestions concerning visitation , business meetings, parliamentary procedure, weddings, funerals and other practical pastoral duties. The organization and management of the church is s t udied in relation t o i ts force, field a nd fina nce . Effective methods of supervision , tra ining for wo rship and ser vice, and suc– cessful methods of publicity a nd promoti on are examined. Two hours credit. 382. ADVANCED HOMILETICS.
