A very he lpful study of the persona l life and habits of the pastor, his m inistry in the parish and sug– gestions concerning visitation , business meetings, parliamentary procedure, weddings, funerals and other practical pastoral duties. The organization and management of the church is s t udied in relation t o i ts force, field a nd fina nce .
