This charge will be made at the beginning of the quarter in which the plan is chosen. One-third of rhe total bill will be due on registration day. The remainder to be deferred will be paid in two equal payments. The first and second payments will be due in 30 and 60 days respectively following registration day. A penalty of 1 % will be charged on any payment that is made after the date due.
