This charge will be made at the beginning of the quarter in which the plan is chosen. One-third of the total bill will be due on registration day. The remainder to be deferred will be paid in two equal payments. The first and second payments will be due in 30 and 60 days, respectively, following registration day. A penalty of 1 % will be charged on any payment that is made after the date due. It is expected that most students will pay cash in advance for all quarter costs-the best and most economical way to take care of college expenses. WITHDRAWAL REFUNDS If a student withdraws from college before the end of the quarter, refunds on tuition may be granted three days after application for refund has been filed with the Business office. Although applications may be sub– mitted any time after the opening of a given quarter, processing of such applications will not begin until two weeks of the quarter have elapsed.
