Deferred Charge $25.00: Automatic for all accounts with balance remaining after Financial Registration Deferred Payment Plan: 1 /3 down at financial registration 113 second payment - due within four weeks 1 /3 final payment - due within eight weeks and/or two weeks prior to final exams. Late Payment Charge: $10.00 additional on all accounts with balances in excess of $50.00 after the deferred payment charge deadline. Total payment of the college student's bill (for each quarter) is due at the begin– ning of that quarter no later than 4:00 P.M. on the final day of financial registration.
