1981-1982 Academic Catalog

28 Total payment of the college student's bill (for each quarter) is due at the beginning of that quarter no later than 4 p. m. on the fi– nal day of financial registration. Financial registration is normally the first two days students are required back on campus for a new quarter. Student aid or scholarships which have been officially re– ported to the Business Office, by letter or through the college Fi– nancial Aid Office, will be deducted from the total due. This ap– plies only to types of aid which are paid directly to Cedarville Col– ege. The deferred plan will remain as one-third due at financial reg– istration, the second third due four weeks later, and the last and fi– nal third due eight weeks after registration. There will be a $10 charge for delinquency if the third installment is not paid when due. Consider Before Registration: A student's registration for college classes is his or her obligation and commitment to pay for t)1e related charges as stated in the college catalog. The use of the college's Deferred Payment Plan constitutes a debt obligation of the student to the college, payable in installments as stated. Therefore, it is very important that you as parent or student con– sider and understand the full cost and obligation to which you are committing yourself. The testimony of Cedarville College depends upon the power and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and on all those who are com– mitted to the college. This includes financial obligations as well as spiritual commitments. No student will be allowed to begin the next quarter, receive grade reports of transcripts, or graduate with an unpaid account at the college. A charge of 1 % monthly will be assessed overdue ac– counts. NOTICE: Statements of account are normally given to student·s monthly. Prior to the fall quarter a statement will be mailed to each preregistered student's home address. All students are en– couraged to pay tuition fees by mail prior to the beginning of each quarter.
