St. Clair The Department of Business Administration is comprised of accounting, general business, computer science, economics, management, marketing, finance, and secretarial administration. This department intends to prepare the student for a lifetime of Christ-centered service. The major in business administration is based upon a balanced program in Bible and the liberal arts. Prep– aration is provided for graduate study in business, careers in busi– ness, and in church financial leadership. Certification for teaching business subjects in the secondary schools is available in several fields. Stu– dents who are preparing for the CPA examination should fulfill the requirements for the accounting major. Computer Science Requirements include sixteen quarter hours in 200- or 300-level computer science courses, 11-354 Management Science, and/or independent study in computer science. Economics Requirements include sixteen quarter hours in economics courses, 11-313 Government and Business, and/or independent study in economics. Management Requirements include 11-252 Human Relations Management, twelve quarter hours in 300-level management courses, 11-361 Sales Management, 11-362 Marketing Management, and/or in– dependent study in management.
