(The Regular Baptist Agency for the Mentally Retarded) and Wright State University in a program leading to certification in special education. A student completing Cedar– ville's Elementary Education Program, the courses taught by Shepherds' personnel at Cedarville, and the remaining courses at Wright State University would graduate from Cedarville with cer– tification in both elementary and special education.
