Family Rights and Privacy Act Cedarville College complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (the Buckley Amendment) which is designed to protect the privacy ofeducational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading Admissions 29 data through informal and formal hearings. The College has adopted a policy which explains in detail the procedures followed for compliance with provisions of the Act. Copies of the policy are available in the Academic Records and Student Services Offices. "Even though I was a junior when I transferred, people took me right in. It was obvious that personal al/en/ion is a priority at the College. Attending Cedarville has helped me to be more disciplined, dedicated to the Lord, and sensitive to the needs of others."
