Williams Hall Providing classrooms and offices, Williams Hall serves as the home of the academic departments of education and psychology as well as the location of the academic records, alumni, planned giving, public relations and student services offices. Named for the late Arthur Williams, popular faculty member and chairman of the Bible department, the second floor features laboratories and computers used in psychology experiments. College Center Providing dining facilities, classrooms, offices, and the computer center, the College Center serves as a focus of student activity on campus. Dining facilities include the cafeteria, a spacious area which serves 21 "all-you-can-eat" meals a week to the more than 1500 students who live on campus, and the President's Dining Room, a small, formal dining room. Profile 11 This unique room, reputed to be one of the finest of its kind in the state and used extensively by the president, may also be reserved by students who wish to enjoy a formal dining occasion. Offices for the departments of admissions and financial aid, and the academic department of language and literature, are located on the first floor of this building. Computer Resources Located on the north side of the College Center and at the heart of the academic section of campus, the academic computer center is designed to serve the entire academic community. Students and faculty are encouraged to use the center for research, writing, and coursework. To promote easy access and extensive use, the center remains open over 70 hours per week (see posted hours).
