ealth and Physical 107 Comprehensive Physical Education Major The comprehensive physical education major pre– pares students to teach physical education in grades K-12 in both public and Christian schools. Students who complete this cmTiculum will be certified by the State of Ohio and the Association of Christian Schools Interna– tional. The Ohio teaching certificate, through reciprocal agreements, is automatically recognized in thirty-five states. Those planning to teach in states other than Ohio should consult with the Department of Education to be aware of special requirements in states where reciprocity has not been established.
