Music The music major prepares students for positions in church music, teaching piano, graduate school, and performance. Emphases are available in keyboard pedagogy, music history, music theory, and performance. Course requirements involve 71 quarter hours in core requirements and an additional 25 to 36 quarter hours in one of five areas of emphasis.
