Student Responsibilities I.You must complete all application forms accurately and submit them on time to the right place. 2. You must provide correct infonnation. In most instances, misreporting information on financial aid application forms is a violation oflaw and may be considered a criminal offense which could result in indictmentunder the U.S. Criminal Code. 3. You must return all additional documentation, verification, correc– tions, and/or new information requested by either the financial aid office or the agency to which you submitted your application. 4. You are responsible for reading and understanding all forms that you are asked to sign and for keeping copies ofthem. 5. You must accept responsibility for all agreements that you sign. 6. You must perform the work agreed upon in accepting a university employment award. 7. You must be aware ofand comply with the deadlines for application orreapplication for aid. 8. You should be aware ofyour school's refund procedures. All schools must provide information to prospective students about the school's programs and perfmmance. You should consider this information carefully before deciding to attend a school. Board of Trustees Cedarville University is governed by an autonomous, self-perpetuat– ing board of trustees. Board members are selected for three-year terms. One-third ofthe board members are eligible for re-election each year. The executive committee of the board consists of the chairman, vice chairman, secreta1y, treasurer, chairmen ofthe standing commit– tees, and the president of the University. The board meets quarterly in January, April, June, and October.
