The board will dispense with the practice of borrowing money from the several banks in tiro county. The bonds run for twenty and thirty years. •The Stenographic Institute, at A nn Arbor, Mich., is prepared to ’ give some enterprising young man who is a printer a chance to earn ’ nearly all, and possibly all, of bis exenscs while taking a complete course in shorthand and typewriting a t that school. The exhibition ten t to bo used is a regular tbree-ring tent, such as is used bjr the large circuses, and the fifty professional performers are all good ones. A number o f E lks from Xenia went to Springfield la st Friday night to see the performance (which is the same that will bo given in Xenia) and they pronounced it a fine one, and worth much more than the price of admission which has been placed at 20 cents.
