Kerr, who has been quite ill for some time, was exam­ ined by Dr* Bettmann, a Cincinnati specialist for stdmaoh trouble and reported tb a t while a very sick man he had a fair chance for recovery. The patient was given a , special course of treatment preparatory for an operation which will take place in Xenia to-day.
