Mary Bridgman wa* the scene of a ,very quiet wed ding Thursday evening when her neice, Miss Ella Inez Shepherd, be came the bride of Mr, Joseph A. Finney. The wedding v\*as a very simple affair and witnessed by only a few intimate friends and relatives. No announcement had been given the public and of course their many friends were quite surprised when the news became known. The beautiful apd. impressive ring ceremony was pronounced by Dr. W. R. McChesney. There were ho attendants or decorations. The bride wore a handsome plum colored traveling spit with hat and gloves to match and carried brides roses. Following the ceremony and con gratulations tjie happy-couple were driven to Springfield going-Iroft there to Dayton. They, expected to leave Dayton Friday for Indiana^ polls accompanied by the bride1? brother, Mr. Charles Shepherd of Chicago.
