Frank I. Brown, o f Dayton, is Asking Election as Judge .of the Gohrt of Appeals in the D istrict o f Which Greene County is a Part, 4 Qualified by disposition, tempera ment, education and experience, Hon* Frank I.' Brown, of Dayton, appears before the people of this district as ths logical candidate for Judge of the Court of Appeals. Possessed of the i’ipe experience and" mature judgment that comes of yeara .of close contact with the legal profession and judicial procedure, it appeals to us that the candidate of the Republican party is eminently qualified for thi3 import an t post. - Mi\ Browrt is one of the very prominent eitiwms o f' Montgomery county and his reputation as a man of unquestioned honesty and integ rity has reached to the furthermost boundaries of the district in which his campaign is being conducted. Though ono can readily see that it has .been impossible for Mr. Brown to personally see all of the voters of this district, his many friends have been enthusiastic for his' candidacy from the beginning -and in Preble county have been giving him the same substantial .support that has characterised the presentation of his name as a candidate for Judge of the Court of Appeals throughout the dis trict. In this age of stupendous legisla tive enactment it is very important tha t men of experience in legal and judicial matters lie placed upon the bench. To serve tjic best interests of all of the people the bench must be occupied by men familiar with the intricadffis of the legal profession and procedure. With a motto ’ of "Justice to all and favor to none,” Mr. Brown haa been, making no empty promises. He has assured the voters that if elected he will conduct his office w ith .the impartiality and dignity i | requires and in the manner prescribed by law. His reputation as a progressive, successful .citizen and member of the legal profession is sufficient for the electorate and ac counts, in a large degree, for the hearty support he is receiving. • In conclusion, let,us say th a t the voters of Preble county have never had opportunity to seleclT’for Judge of the Court of .Appeals, or for any other court, a man more thoroughly qualified than .Frank L Brown, of Dayton.
