From some quarters it is hinted they will confine thefr ac­ tivities to fighting the dry amendment and will not have a proposal-of their own. as was the case; two years ago, when they massed their forces behind the Stability league amendment and went down to defeat. Again it Is claimed that early in the summer the wets will initiate a pro­ posal to prohibit another vote o i state-wide Prohibition for 10 years They have not determined* on this course, bat the drys believe they will •trot out some deceptive measure in the hope of muddling the voters. Getting Ready For Business. Columbus, O. — (Special.) — The state dry campaign committee is pre paring for the circulation of petitions to initiate the Btate-wido Prohibition amendment. Approximately 125,00^ signatures will he necessary to get the amendment on the ballot.
