Be i t ordained by the Council of the Village of Cedarville, State of Ohio. Section No. 1. That' Section No, 1 of Ordinance No. 57, entitled "an or­ dinance regulating the use of automo­ biles and motorcycles,” passed by council on the 13th day of May, 1909, recorded in Ordinance Records, a t Page 260, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section No. 1. That*it shall be un­ lawful for any person or persons to operate an automobile, motorcycle or other motor vehicle on the streets of the village of Cedarville, Ohio, a t a speed greater than fifteen (15) miles an hour in the business and closely built up portions, of the Village, or more than twenty (20) miles an hour in the other portions thereof. Any person or persons Violating the pro­ visions of this sectiorii or any of-the other provisions of this ordinance, and other sections thereof, shall be fined not more than $25.00, and for a second offense, shall be fined not less than $26.00 nor more than $100.00, and shall pay the costs of prosecution. Section No. 2. That said original Section No. 1 of said ordinance No. 57, regulating the use Of automobiles and motorcycles, as aforesaid, be and the same is hereby repealed. Section No. 3.
