Studio, The annual Tarbox dinner was given Thanksgiving a t the home, of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Tarbox. The Tarbox home has just been comple ted and the annual dinner was ser ved to a large company of relatives. Madison county has more than fif ty cases of diphtheria, Dr. Reed Madden and Miss Shaffer, Red Cross nurse of Xenia, were here Tuesday looking after William Pick erel and sister, Susan. Dr. Madden stated that additional funds w ill'be allowed the family for aid. Andrew Jackson -reports that sb fa r he has issued 1'40 hunting licenses this ser Son. Mrs. A- H. Goodin, a cousin of Miss Elizabeth Blair, has been spending the week with her. Mrs. Goodin left last nigh# for Los Angeles, (Gal.; Mrs. Cora Trumbo, who has been recovering from an attack of pneu monia, and .was able to be about, has been in a very critical condition this week from an attack of the, heart.
