Sealed bids will be received a t the office of the Clerk of the Village of Cqdarville, Ohio, until 12 o'clock noon on Tuesday the 27th day of Decem­ ber, 1921, for the purchase of a bond of the Village of Cedarvilli*, Ohio, in the sum of Thirteen Hundred and Fifty Dollars $(1,350,00), bearing interest%t six per cent,, payable semi annually, due three (3) years after its date, said bond to be issued for the purpose of extending the time of payment of a certain indebtedness of said Village created for the purpose of ' purchasing fire extinguishing equipment for said Village, and the said Village within '.its limits of tax­ ation being unable to pay said in­ debtedness at maturity, and the question of the issuance of said bond having been submitted to the elec­ tors of said Village a t 'the general •election November .8, 1021, and the majority of the electors ,voting a t said election having voted in favor o f .the issuance of said bond.
