The color scheme o f the event was red and white, the favors-being red and white bouquets o f sweet peas. Miss Lucille Stroup presided at the punch bowl during the evening. Marshall, died Mon­ day at the District Tuberculosis hos­ pital, Springfield, where he was taken last week.
