DAY “ Judiciary” and the surname “ Day” are largely synonymous in the legal lore o f Ohio. During the many years o f association with the judiciary o f the state there has been one outstanding and necessary feature in all those members of the Day fam ily who have been honored with positions on the bench. It is their absolute fairness and im partiality in the settlement Of causes and decisions resting up on their knowledge of the law. No suspicion has ever arisen in thc4minds of attorneys cr liti gants as to the unswayed jus tice which prompted their ac tions.
