The hen fruit was .of .the fresh variety and came from a delegation o f upper classmen under cover. Dr. C. M. Ritchie and wife arrived Tuesday and are awaiting the arrival o f their household goods from Pitts­ burgh. Dr. Ritchie completed his work last’Sabbath and is to retire from the pastorate. He purchased the White residence on ' North Main street sev­ eral months ago. Dr. Ritchie was for several years pastor o f the Clifton U. P, church and they will be warmly welcomed as residents o f this com­ munity. Mr. Fred Bird o f Mandek Bros., Chicago, spent Saturday and Sabbath with his mother, Mrs. „Robert Bird. Mr. Bird made a trip for his-company to Visit Ohio State University at Col­ umbus, and Ohio University at Ath­ ens, to interest students to take em­ ployment with the company,.
