The farm contains 391.41 acres and brought $29,355.75, or about $80 an acre. The $10,000 damage suit o f S. L. Beair, Warren county, against former Sheriff Morris Sharp, and the Fidel ity Deposit company of Maryland, as surety, resulted in a verdict for the defendant. Beair was shot in the leg by Patrolman Charles .Thompson, o f the Xenia Police force,-' acting as a special deputy for Sharp.
