Mrs. S. T. Baker had the misfortune to fall on a flight' o f stairs last Friday and sustained ft cut on her head and injury to her wrist. Mr, and Mrs, A . S. O, Stewart was taken sudden- ■ ly HI Monday and f o r a time Was in a dangerous condition. However he has greatly improved and his condition is much better. The local; Masonic picnic was called off Tuesday fo r this summer. With the Home Coming hud State Fair on this Week not enough interest was manifested and the Wednesday date was cancelled. Messrs Fred Milburn, o f Kansas City, Mo., and Leonard Milburn, of Lima, visited hede Wednesday and Thursday. Both are sons of, the late Wm. ■Milburn, former resident. Fred is engaged in the newspaper business in. Kansas City. Mr. and Mrs. Carey P..Ritchie, o f Pittsburgh, Pa., were the guests re cently o f G. M, and -Mrs. Ritehie, also Mrs. W, G. Duvat from Pittsburgh, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. W. J.
