Cooper and Robert R. Wflid^ state highway 'director, today, Action was directed fay the Bull- skin-Xenia State Highway. Associa­ tion, of which H. C. Aultman,' super­ intendent o f Greene County schools,* is president. Mr. Aultman said to­ day it is probable the question will be settled this week. A s president o f the association, he sent a tele­ gram asking that the road petition be granted " fo r the profit o f the people o f the present and posterity,” as representative o f 2000 petitioners and members o f the association. The Bullskin trail from the Ohio river, north was that over which sup­ plies were carried .to Perry’s troops on Lake Erie. Its historical signifi­ cance is. one reason the state is being urged to take over and improve the road, which is already an improved county highway for twenty miles from the Ohio river.
