It. McCheSney, has returned tp his home in Quincy, Mass, Mrs. Turner has remained at the McChesney home. Mr. Turner expects to return here at the close of his school. Miss Lillie Stewart o f Columbus has been a guest at the home o f Mr, and Mrs. Frank Creswell. ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCED AT SATURDAY PARTY Mrs. Huston Cherry and Mrs. Wm. Cherry attended the annual Matrix- dinner at the Deshler-Walleck Hotel ! in Columbus on Tuesday evening. The! . dinner is the yearly function o f the state-wide organization o f women writers. The chief speaker o f this year’s dinner was Marjorie Kinnans Rawlings, author o f the current best seller, “ The Yearling.’ ’ On Tuesday evening, Maly 29th, at 8;00 o’clock the Music Department o f Cedarville College, under the di­ rection of Mrs. David Markle, will present a secular program at the'A l­ ford Gymnasium. Numbers will be' presented by the Mixed Chorus, the! Mixed Quarette, the Male Quartette,! the Girls Sextette. A group o f read- j ings will be given by Miss Glenna> Basore. The wedding will take place June 3, Miss Ifuglips is the daughter o f Mr. Marion Hughes, o f Cedarville, and was graduated from Cedarville College in 1937, She has taught in the Beaver grade schools for the last two years. Mr. Eidemiller was graduated from Manchester College and teaches in Beavercreek High School, where he also is coach o f the high school track team, He is the*son o f Rev. and Mrs. J.
