McChesney, who is a patient in University Hospital, Col­ umbus for treatment due to a kidney disorder brought on by an attack of the grip, remains about the same, ac­ cording to reports, Thursday. Johnson, who last Oct, ruled that objections to nominating petitions . of candidates for office ' must be filed tyith the board o f elections within five days after ..the petitions arc submitted Judge Johnson handed-down a dcnJ Judge Johnson held that an injunc­ tion suit filed by Dr, C, S, Adams and Robert, Yellow Springs, to prevent the Board of Elections from tlistrib- uting the ballots at the 1943 election The petition charged forgery of seven signatures.
