Susan Stewart, Zimmer man, asks $350 in another suit against Burley J. Coy, also of Zimmerman. The latter suit is based on an amount o f rent col lected fo r thorty-five months from 1944 through early 1947 by the defendant from Oscar Irwin, tenant o f the Stewart woman’s property. The monthly rental was $10, she says. Taken to McClellan Hos pital, she was treated for burns on her face, on both arms below the elbows and both legs below the 4\iees. She- was removed from the hospital to her home Sunday night.
