For the wedding the church al­ tar was hanked with palms and tall standards o f white roses, lilies and gladioli, flanked by white ta­ pers in seven-branched candela­ bra. Rev. J. Russell Dugan, pas­ tor o f the church, read the double ring service. Preceding the ceremony, a pro­ gram o f nuptial music was pre­ sented by Mrs. Juanita Rankin Fultz, Xenia, organist. 3Iiss Ethel Ayers Huber, Buffalo, N. Fryin, another sister o f the .bride, was-,junior bridesmaid. ,t The maid o f honor wore a gowiV- op sandlovvood rose satin, the bridesmaids were in ice blue satin and the junior bridesmaid wore antique cold satin. The gowns were fashioned with an off-shoul- d<‘j- effect and had long, full skirts. The attendants wore tiaras anil mitts to match their gowns and carried colonial bouquets of dais­ ies. . Barbara Lathron. o f Pme Point, Me., was flower girl. She wore a blue satin frock, trimmed in white lace, and carried a basket of Slim­ mer flowers. 3Iac Ervin, brother o f the bride, was ring bearer and- carried the rings on a white satin pillow. „ Given in marriage by her fa ­ ther, the bride wore a gown with a fitted bodice with a yoke o f pink net.
